Emotional Freedom Techniques (EFT) are a remarkable healing modality based on the same principles that have been used for thousands of years in acupuncture—but without the needles. Instead of inserting needles, key energy points on the body are stimulated by gentle tapping.
EFT can help with a range of emotional, health and performance issues and it often works where all else has failed. It is a very flexible process and I tailor my techniques to each individual for maximum benefit.
The research on EFT is continually developing and while energy psychology (EP) as a field is still relatively young, its evidence base continues to grow. As of January 2018 over 100 research studies, meta-analyses and review articles have been published on EP methods in peer-reviewed journals; and have been researched by more than 200 investigators in over 12 countries.
